About the Event

Learn tips on how to get Better Sleep and improve your overall quality of Life with Sleep Educator Soda K, CEO of Start with Sleep and Host of the Doze Podcast. Sleep is a healing mechanism that has a tremendous impact on how your health is maintained over time.  During this 20 minute session, we'll engage in meaningful conversations about how to improve how well you sleep. We will explore how to establish sleep habits and integrate relaxation techniques into their nighttime routines, and how small changes in your day-to-day lifestyle choices can help them avoid creating sleep challenges at night.

Hustle for Health line dance fitness class led by Phyllis Caver will commence after the talk. All music  instructional to make it easy for anyone to follow-along. We start class with deep breaths, affirmations and stretching. Can't stand on your feet for too long? Relax! You can still Get Fit While You Sit with the only line dance that can be done sitting down. Free for 55+

Masks are optional. No Pre-registration required. If you are feeling sick please stay home until you feel better.
