FREE Line dance fitness for 50+ Reconnect with old friends, or make new ones at Hustle for Health line dance fitness class at Delevan Grider Community Center. All music is instructional, making it easy for anyone to follow-along. We start class with deep breaths, affirmations and stretching. Can't stand on your feet for too long? Relax! You can still Get Fit While You Sit with the only line dance that can be done sitting down. Free for 55+
Masks are optional. No Pre-registration required. If you are feeling sick please stay home until you feel better.
