Reconnect with old friends, or make new ones at Hustle for Health line dance fitness class led by Senior instructor Phyllis Caver. All of our music is high energy and instructional to make it easy for anyone to follow-along.Routines are Detroit-ballroom style "hustles" that are designed to be done individually.
We start class with deep breaths and affirmations and inspire each other to succeed in our health and fitness goals.
Can't stand on your feet for too long? Relax! You can still Get Fit While You Sit with the only line dance that can be done sitting down.
