About the Event
Get together with old friends from class or make new friends this summer at Hustle for Health's Outdoor Program.
1. Learn simple line dance routines that are fun for the whole family.
2. Release stress and find inner peace and inspiration through deep breathing and positive affirmations.
3. Improve heart & lung conditions, build strength & endurance, maintain mobility and activate your immune System.
Meet at the East High School Tennis Courts (Rochester, NY) Bring a folding chair, ice water and sweat towel.
Bathrooms will not be available on site.
Everyone must register prior to class and class size is limited so that we may maintain social distancing.
