Reconnect with old friends, or make new ones at Hustle for Health line dance fitness class led by Phyllis Caver. All music  instructional to make it easy for anyone to follow-along. We start class with deep breaths, affirmations and stretching. Can't stand on your feet for too long? Relax! You can still Get Fit While You Sit with the only line dance that can be done sitting down. Free for 55+
